HOW IT WORKS

From link to light show.

Seatwave is live in minutes. No hardware. No app installs. Fans visit a URL, enter their seat, and you control the rest from a single dashboard.

4 STEPS

Everything that happens between setup and spectacle.

1

Configure your stadium layout

Set up your venue once — sections, rows, seat numbers, physical positions. Seatwave validates every seat format and generates a live 2D map. The layout is saved and reused for every subsequent event at the same venue.

2

Share the link with fans

Before or during the event, share a single URL via the stadium app, the big screen, or in-seat QR codes. Fans visit it in their phone's browser — no app download, no account. It works exactly like any other website.

3

Fans register their seat

Each fan enters their seat number. Seatwave maps them to their physical position in the stadium in real time. The admin dashboard updates live — you see every connected seat appear on the stadium map within seconds.

4

Launch the show

From the admin console, launch effects with a single click — or trigger a pre-scripted show sequence. Color waves, flashlight pulses, logo animations, goal celebrations. Every phone responds in under 100 milliseconds.

HOW IT HOLDS TOGETHER

Built for the moments that can't go wrong.

Every decision behind Seatwave comes down to one thing: when you trigger the effect, every phone in the stadium must light up — instantly, without exception.

Always-on connection

Every fan's phone stays connected throughout the event. No refreshing, no waiting. The moment you trigger an effect, it's already on its way to every seat in the venue.

Scales to your crowd

Whether you're running 500 corporate seats or a 50,000-seat stadium final, the system handles the load. Capacity grows automatically — no setup, no pre-configuration.

No fan left out

Even as load spikes at kick-off or the finale, every connected phone receives every effect. The system fans out commands across multiple servers so nothing gets lost in the rush.

Precision seat mapping

Fans enter their seat number — any format works: A12, 15B, 1A23, S1-A12. Seatwave maps each phone to its exact physical position in the stadium for precise section effects.

Show scripting

Design the full halftime show in advance. Effects trigger on a timeline — player entrances, sponsor moments, crowd games — with live override available at any point.

Real-time stadium view

The admin sees a live map of every seat — connected, color, section. Know exactly how many fans are ready before the first effect fires.
